Comments and Notes: St. Petersburg [1913]: Good+ paperback - 6.5" tall x 4.25" - teal green front paper cover with gilt lettering and star; ivory rear with blue lettering and motif - ivory paper and with blue print and motifs throughout - quarter inch sunning on upper edge of front; backstrip reinforced with clear tape; rear may have had a teal cover now removed; otherwise clean with no stains or markings - 61 pages. Code book in 5 languages (German, French, English, Esperanto, Russian). The author is described as Consul General for Russia.
